Effective November 1, 2013, Carbis Inc and its various family of operations, was restructured to form a singular company, SAMCARBISSOLUTIONS GROUP, LLC. Why the name Sam Carbis? Because he was the founder of Aluminum Ladder Company, our family’s first company, which started all of this in 1930 when he built the first aluminum ladder, thus creating a new industry.

With this structure change, the principal ownership will remain the same. As one company, we will be strong in every way -- internally, financially, and competitively. We remain committed to serving our clients’ needs.
