Euro-me and HPM Technologie Gmbh have successfully attended the 16th China International Sheet Metal, Stamping and Metal Forming Exhibition 2016 together in Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition and Convention Center from May 31st to June 2nd. HPM is the name standing for Green Processing and energy saving.

      We have shown external Minimal Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system, as well as  many kinds of lubricating devices with low cost and well performance which are suitable for wide Sheet Metal, inside parts of stamping dies and so on.
With the special advanced products and wonderful live demo, our booth has attracted many industrial delegates to stay, visit, understand and communicate. HPM MQL system has made a good number of substantive cooperative intention by its advantages of low-noise, uniform lubrication and low cost.

      The spray-head designed by HPM Technologie Gmbh is currently ranking highest level of atomized particles with the diameter of each particle ranging from 1um to 10um. Since the space of each particle is reaching smallest, the mist can be transformed into a fine film. Thus our spray-head is able to cover the surface of Sheet Metal uniformly, so that the covering area dozens are enlarged ten times when compared to one drop of oil used in traditional device. Stamping dies can beprotected well as lubricating oil is fully utilized. At the same time, customers do not need to worry about oil waste and pollution anymore, because the products should be dry after stamping by certainly appropriate amount of oil. If volatile oil is applied, cleaning process is unnecessary. A large amount of manpower and time cost can be saved by using HPM MQL systems. 

    Meanwhile, the spray-head is allowed to set at front side, back side, entrance, exit and even inside of dies, hence we can make a supplementary lubrication point at the inside corner of dies which require more lubrication. This function is very important for increasingly progressive continuous stamping die, because the die is usually in long size and will be lack of oil.
