The highly technical minimum quantity spray systems and nozzles, which are produced in our own development, excel thanks to their highly precise and consistent way of working. In this way, thrifty and environmentally beneficial dealing with fluids of various properties is ensured.

For precise mechanical use in trade and industry, HPM Technologie GmbH offers high-quality fluids in variable package sizes. With outstanding lubrication properties and maximum degrees of evaporation with minimum toxicity, they even do justice to the highest demands of sophisticated processing methods.

Series TC

Assembly consisting of a polyethylene tank (2.5 - 25 litres) with a support for wall mounting and valve assembly with a maintenance unit. At the maintenance unit is connected the unfiltered and non-lubricated air power (6 - 9 bar). The spray air pressure is set with the pressure regulator. We recommend a low spray air pressure of 0.5 to max. 1.5 bar. By the solenoid valves 24V DC in air and fluid pipes is a mounting of the valve and container groups up to max. 1000 mm of upper as also underneath the spray heads possible. That means with the use of multiple spray heads these can be arranged in different levels to each other and/or to the valve and container group constructions.

The valves are not subjected closed. Through the joint opening of the valves enter spray air and liquid to the spray head. Spray beginning, spraying and spraying duration will be determined by the control of thevalves from the customers control.

Series MDJ

Assembly consisting of a stainless steel pressure container with a capacity of 10 litres with a support for wall mounting and valve assembly with a maintenance unit. At the maintenance unit is connected the unfiltered and non-lubricated air power (6 - 9 bar). The spray air pressure is set with the pressure regulator with a manometer. We recommend a low spray air pressure of 0.5 to max. 2.5bars. By the solenoid valves 24V DC in air and fluid pipes is a mounting of the valve and container groups up to max. 1000 mm of upper as also underneath the spray heads possible. That means with the use of multiple spray heads these can be arranged in different levels to each other and/or to the valve and container group constructions.

Over a fine pressure regulator the fluid pressure is set. This must always be at least 0.5Bar below the spray air pressure

Spray heads and nozzle bars

The selection of the spray head depends on the application area and in particular, on the conditions under which the machine is to be used. In many cases the deciding factors are the room conditions, the feed line direction for the fluid and also the ambient temperature. Our technical staff have many years experience in minimum quantity technology and will find a solution for your workplace.

Our Spray head’s are available in series B and R. This is recognizable by the last letter of our product’s name, e.g. PTRB. Series B is supplied with a ball connection piece for assembly to a HPM support. Series R is s, upplied with a thread for assembly to the customer’s appliance.

Depending on the application we recommend our universal PTR, the smallPSM, the PCJ with a 360° adjustable spray head, the PBMJ or the QSR Spray head. To spray a large surface we recommend a SRJ-, PSM- or PBMJ- nozzle bar .

For Special functions we can also offer additional Spray head variations. Ask us for it.
