Spray heads and nozzle bars

The selection of the spray head depends on the application area and in particular, on the conditions under which the machine is to be used. In many cases the deciding factors are the room conditions, the feed line direction for the fluid and also the ambient temperature. Our technical staff have many years experience in minimum quantity technology and will find a solution for your workplace.

Our Spray head’s are available in series B and R. This is recognizable by the last letter of our product’s name, e.g. PTRB. Series B is supplied with a ball connection piece for assembly to a HPM support. Series R is supplied with a thread for assembly to the customer’s appliance

Depending on the application we recommend our universal PTR, the small PSM, the PCJ with a 360° adjustable spray head, the PBMJ or the QSR Spray head. To spray a large surface we recommend a SRJ-, PSM- or PBMJ- nozzle bar

Spray head HTR

Spray head for a regulated and fine film application of liquids in the low pressure range. Suitable for all liquids, excepted paints, resins and adhesives.

Universal Spray Heads, tough, suitable for every application. Large channel diameters and direct feed therefore particularly suitable for use with critical and thick fluids. Flow quantity can be adjusted at the front of the nozzle. Different length adapters are available for the front nozzle.

Smallest spray head. Suitable for restricted assembly situations. Flow regulation from the rear. Feed at 90° from rear of spray jet.

Spray head PCJ

Spray head for a regulated and fine film application of liquids in the low pressure range. Suitable for all liquids, excepted paints, resins and adhesives.

Spray head equipped with nozzle head adjustable 360°. Flow regulation at the front, at the outlet of spray jet. Suitable limited only for viscous, strongly adhesive fluids. Application: universal.

PCJ 2 folds have 2 spray spots. Application: universal, sawing.

SRJ Cartridge nozzle bar

Universal individual segments with cartridge inserts. Nozzle distance in the standard 50mm range for a complete wetting of surfaces up to max. 1000 mm.

Application: universal, constant spraying at large surfaces

PSM Nozzle bar

Universally for the role of the customer adapted nozzle bar. Nozzle distance selectable from 10mm nozzle bar length for standard applications up to 200mm.
